WHERE & WHEN: Lunch and Learn with RX Physical Therapy: Injury Prevention and Pointe Readiness for Dancers, Thursday August 22nd from 11:45am-12:30pm at Fusion Center for Dance
Dr. Sarah Gendernalik, ballet instructor for Fusion Center for Dance and Wellness & Aesthetics provider at Family Physicians in St. Jospeh, had this to say, “As a physician and a dancer, I try to stress the importance of injury prevention in all of my classes at all age levels. I strongly feel that whether students intend on pursuing dance professionally or simply as a hobby, that the better you know your body and how it works, the more successful you will be. We are so lucky to have this opportunity to work with Kensey and Karen from RX. I hope that this is a partnership that we can continue into the future.”
